What can I say.. chicken that's better than KFC, roast better than my grandma's.. Nothing feels better on a winter night than popping in here for a hot meal. Best food in west, south, north, and east auckland. The rest of the world? Undetermined.

Good generous servings. Friendly service. Only criticism is water from the peas and carrotts aren't drained properly. Fills up and soaks my potatos and waters down the gravy. This has happened both times I've got a meal from here. Would come more often otherwise.

Mid, potatoes are good, didn’t get to choose drink, roll didn’t have that much meat and crackle was okay but had brown spots. Service is good.

I read a review that said "I loved my pork but my wife didnt like her lamb" your wife is a whinger mate. This is your classic Kiwi Roast shop as good at it gets. Chef don't need to speak English perfectly when his food speaks the language of the Satisfaction Gods. No fuss, no frills, just a full belly of all the goodies that gets you through a tough week. 10/10 Top shop, give it a stop. You won't be disappointed.
